Keep it simple for sinus augmentation.

1) As 3 D surgical guide, Bone Pen was used as alternative to surgical guide to place implants at ideal position

2) Instead of using Bone substitutes, CGF alone was placed in the sinus. Thetefore Postop infection free sinus augmentation was performed.

3) Instead of collagne barrier, osteoinductive replaceable bony window was utilized because collagen barrier has no effect on bone reformation.

4) Stikcy bone was used for ridge augmentation to accelerate bone regeneation and no collagen barreir was used.
